From an early age, I knew that art and creativity were my passion. It wasn’t until my younger sister experienced a complicated arm injury that the idea of product design came into focus. After watching her endure hours of physical therapy with a poorly designed medical device it became my mission to improve the user experience with products. Since then, I have been actively learning and growing in the field of product design. I hope that the products I design make an impact on people’s lives. With this mission in mind, I've discovered my design passions at the University of Oregon. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, hiking and outdoor adventuring have played a major role in where I gain inspiration. Also, as an avid thrifter and fashionista, I enjoy upcycling clothing pieces and creating my own garments. Product Design has allowed me to create a blend of uniquely colorful and functional products with my own hands, and I’m so happy to be able to make a career out of it. Peace out University of Oregon, and thank you for these past four years!
